I am first admitting that I have not read this book in its entirety. So far it is modestly helpful. The main reason why I am writing this review is because the FONT IT IS WRITTEN IN IS TERRIBLE!! The font is about 8-point size with huge spaces between the lines. Even with prescription reading glasses it gives me a headache after reading a few pages. Times New Roman or some similar classic font in a 10 or 11 point bolder font would be best for reading. I have never before seen such a peculiar font.

Self-help books tend to be very earnest and intense, this one however is about lightning up. It talks about the great value of laughter not only to improving your mental state but your physical state as well. The hormones released by laughing relax the blood vessels, lower your blood pressure ¬and reduce other markers of stress. The good news is that you can fake it till you make it. Faking or forcing laughter, it turns out, gives you pretty much the same benefits as doing the real thing spontaneously. The author went to India to study with the originator of laughter yoga, which has been catching on around the world because it's fun as well as healthful. So how about it, let's gather in groups and get our giggle on!

Laughing for no reason is a hard concept to grasp, but this book makes it real. I loved the blend of practical tools, real-life stories, and physiological science. The personal stories make it come alive, from Lesley's story of how she came to teach laughter yoga, to the stories of people who were helped by it. My favorite is the one about the lady who released years of pent-up rage in 5 minutes by venting at her ex-husband in Gibberish. You will never say, "I have nothing to laugh about" after you read this book.You will have tools to give yourself the mind-body experience you want instead of waiting for the world to give it to you.

I bought this book thinking laughter yoga ...was well something to be laughed at. However after reading this book and trying laughter yoga for myself I have to say I am convinced by it.This is a great book which has been written by someone who has clearly researched their subject and have a love for it. It leads you wishing there were more wannabe Santa Claus's out there HO HO HO

Followed by word "Quantity" and beneath that e.g. 10, followed by the word "Fiber" and beneath that the number of grams of fiber. By clicking on the word "Almonds" the Kindle holder would still be directed to the page about almond story as it does now. The heading words "Item" etc need not be repeated until the next page - perhaps not even then.

Straightforward, easy to understand guide for those of us wanting to add more fiber to our diets. I especially appreciated the information about each food listed, like good at reducing inflammation or good at lowering bad cholesterol. I also liked the shopping list at the end of the book. This will definitely help me save time while making good choices!

As the title says, a list of 101 high fiber foods. A paragraph of information on each food, grams of fiber per serving, ideas for incorporating the food in a meal plan, notes of vitamin and mineral of each food and health conditions that benefit from consumption of the food. This was t he simple and basic information that I was looking for.

I could find this info online but was nice to have in one place. Very thorough description of each food.

Can't go wrong with the price. i actually purchased it to use as a reference guide. I am really trying to stay off sugar and high glycemic foods and eat more fiber.

Required reading for an MBA class I took. They don't dumb things down too much and help make sense of the concepts. I really enjoy process improvement so this book was a good read in my opinion. Very relatable examples and simple to understand concepts. This is a good read for someone who is either interested in Continuous Process Improvement or a teacher who is looking for a text for a class. I feel that we all got our moneys worth with this text.

This is a school book, but the book arrived in flawless condition and has fantastic information for CPI. Impressed with how well it is written.

Should be titled "the book of quality-related lists." Pages and pages dedicated to buzzword after buzzword, list after list after list. I think the real purpose of this book is to encourage one to hire quality consultants because the continuous process improvement arena is a maelstrom of ideas, tools, processes, etc. This is most definitely not a "how to" book.
